Terms and conditions

All orders only include the minimum required information for payment and fulfillment. The company does not store your credit card number since the KORTA is our trusted payment processor. Information stored in our database includes customer names, addresses and unique identification numbers. After the product has been shipped to a customer we store this data for up to 800 days unless a customer emails us at info@bathmatecheckout.com and requests removal from the database (this also voids the warranty). It is necessary for the company to keep this data on hand because of after sale service and warrantys. After the warranty expires we delete all electronic order information but store printed receipts for 7 years, according to accounting legislation.

Product shipping

When an order has been placed and payment received the order will be shipped the following weekday. If you order on Monday you can expect the product to arrive on Wednesday. Since this is a parcel shipment you need to be at home to receive the product, otherwise you can pick it up at your local post office, when you receive notice from the postal service. If the product is not in stock we will contact you and offer you a refund if you so wish, or you can be placed on a waitlist.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the product price.

Returning and refunds

You can return the product within 14 days from receipt of purchase, if you have not used it and you will receive a full refund, less a $20 shipping fee which is non refundable. We offer everyone who uses the product for six weeks and are dissatisfied with the product to return it for a full refund, including shipping fees. In order to get a refund you must have registered your product as per the instructions included in the box. Always contact our support staff at support@bathmate.eu before returning an item, if you neglect to do this, the warranty is void. Please send the product including packaging and leaflets to:

Return-postage can not be refunded.

The product can not be refunded if more than 60 days have passed since the product was shipped to you.

The Bathmate cleaning kit can not be refunded since it is a cleaning product, unless the packaging has not been opened and the product is in original condition. The return window for the Bathmate cleaning kit is 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Returning a product

If the product has been damaged during shipment, please send it to us as soon as possible and we will send you another one in return. Always contact our support staff at support@bathmate.eu before returning an item, if you neglect to do this, the warranty is void Please send damaged goods to:

Special Product Conditions

Due to the nature of the Shower Strap and Cleaning Kit, these can not be returned for after the packaging has been opened.  Furthermore, the Bathmate Goliath is only covered by a Money Back Warranty if you have bought and used previously the Bathmate Hercules model.  Bathmate Hercules cannot be exchanged for Bathmate Goliath.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction and Relations are very important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available on all items. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 6 weeks of you receiving your order and subject to our terms and conditions we will refund you the order in full. Always contact our support staff at support@bathmate.eu before returning an item, if you neglect to do this, the warranty is void

The goods must be unused or sanitized before returning to our return address. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions) 

The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Age of Consent

By placing and order at Bathmate, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, your order will not be completed.

Acceptance of Order

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, verify verbally or asking to verify the order by telephone, fax or or by email any order. We reserve the right not to dispatch any order that we feel that is fraudulent and refund any amount charged.

VAT and Sales Tax

VAT is not charged for orders originating in the European Union or Norway. VAT/GRT/MwST is charged in the following locations:

Switzerland - 8% MwST (Included in the purchase price)
United States - 2.07% GRT (Orders from the State of Delaware only)
Other countries - 0% VAT

In some instances when the Payment Provider, such as Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de or Amazon.fr is located in the European Union, the Member State VAT, as it is at each time, is applied and included in the total purchase price. A VAT/GRT/MwST/Pt.IVA recite can be obtained by contacting Customer Support at any time.

Confidentiality

We place the utmost importance on customer confidentiality and therefore there is nothing on the packaging which indicates content within. You don’t need to worry, that anyone will find out what's inside your package. All information is stored on a non network connected computer system so there's no risk of your data being stolen off our computer system. After the mandatory accounting document retention period we will securely dispose of paper invoices.

Why is my country on the "Do Not Ship" list?

Countries on the list are there because, in our experience, orders shipped to those countries have been confiscated by customs and are not delivered to the client or returned to our facility. The "Do Not Ship" list is subject to change at any time.
